The online staff outing of the year!

2020 is different to previous years. Yet there is every reason to do a fun activity together! With the online PubQuiz, success is guaranteed!

Online staff outing The online staff outing consists of a 2 hour programme, guided by one of our presenters. The PubQuiz is tailor-made with questions and facts about your company.

The employees are given 2 options; They either participate alone at home behind the laptop or they make mutual agreements to have a PubQuiz evening with a few colleagues. The RIVM determines the maximum number allowed in a room. Everyone will receive an email with an explanation of the programme, the mechanics, and login codes well before the date.

Party box Of course, a staff outing without a nice drink or snack is not a real outing. Everyone will receive a party box at home 2 days prior. If the choice was to have the PubQuiz with a colleague, then the party box can simply be taken along. A kind of American party!

How might the programme look? Everyone logs in on Zoom at the agreed time. Meanwhile, a DJ is playing some nice music. As soon as everyone ‘has arrived’, they are welcomed by the presenter, and there is time to enjoy a drink and a snack from the party box while listening to the music.

Under guidance from the presenter, everyone logs into the PubQuiz, after which we will start to play the 1stround. The questions are tailor-made with facts about your company, but the knowledge of the colleagues is also tested with general questions.

In the ‘break’, the DJ provides relaxing music and there is enough time to chat to each other online. Then the 2nd round of the Pub Quiz starts. This is followed by the online award ceremony.
